Thomas Vogel

Mr. Vogel is a 20 year real estate and banking veteran and is a Founder and Partner in Elevate Partners and serves as President of KRV Company, a real estate management company located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. KRV Company manages several real estate projects including Harold Square Apartments, a 112 unit apartment project in Hollywood Florida and Distribution Plaza a 60,000 square foot warehouse in Columbus Ohio. Mr. Vogel is also Managing General Partner of One River Plaza Co., a real estate investment, development and management company located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. One River Plaza Co. owns and operates a nine story 65,000 square foot office building, a 7 level 403 car parking structure and a 7,000 square foot restaurant space.

Prior to his career in commercial real estate development, Mr. Vogel worked in the single family residential real estate development and construction industry and the banking industry where he held the positions of Chairman of the Board, Director, Lender and Senior Credit Analyst.

Mr. Vogel is the Past Chair of the Riverwalk Trust, Board Member of the Museum of Art Fort Lauderdale, and a Board Member of the St. Anthony Foundation for Education. Mr. Vogel graduated from Providence College with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting.

Scott Bodenweber

Partner

Mr. Bodenweber is a founder and partner of Elevate Partners brings over 20 years of investment and accounting experience to the company's activities. For the past 17 years, Mr. Bodenweber worked for a private family offi ce, Hudson Capital Group, which opportunistically invested in and managed assets across multiple business lines including start-ups, real estate, equities, yachts and others. Managing payroll, accounts payable, financial reporting, banking relationships in the US and Internationally, and other aspects of the company, Mr. Bodenweber was charged with adding value to company's multiple investments. These included equity investments in multifamily developments, condominiums, warehouses, retail, office buildings, as well as, hunting ranches, a travel agency, luxury yacht brokerage firm, and a 350 seat restaurant. He brings this diverse fi nancial, accounting and operational experience to Elevate Partners and all of its investment partners.

Prior to his employment at Hudson Capital Group, Mr. Bodenweber was employed by Keefe, McCullough & Co, CPA's where he served as an accountant and participated in numerous audits within multiple businesses and industries.

Mr. Bodenweber attended Florida State University and received two Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Finance. He went on to become a Certified Public Accountant. He lives in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida with his wife and three kids and is involved in numerous organizations throughout the community.
