APOK Townhomes consists of approsimantely 90 Class A townhome-style apartments with average unit sizes of approximaltely 1,346 Square Feet (approximately 41 (45%) one-bedroom units and 46 (55%) two-bedroom units. The apartment community will be constructed on 4.96 acres located at 950 Broken Sound Blvd in Boca Raton, FL Construction is scheduled to be completed in Summer of 2018.
